Strategy Development

Develop a coherent international strategy with the aim to create an attractive niche position with a clear point of differentiation.

Strategy projects are tailored to the needs of each client but will in most cases contain elements of both an external analysis based on market data and an internal analysis determining the company DNA and core competences.
The essence of the strategy project is a workshop with the leadership team where AVT advisory facilitates a discussion of the key strategic dilemmas. Each participant will prepare input prior to the workshop and AVT advisory will structure and highlight the essential topics to be discussed and decided upon. The outcome is two-fold. First it provides clarity about the company’s competitive edge and strategic priorities but just as importantly it provides an alignment in the leadership team when it comes to the future strategic direction.
Following the workshop the output is further analysed with the aim to develop a focused strategic plan with clear priorities.
