Why I started
AVT advisory

AVT Advisory was founded in 2017 when I left Denmark and an executive leadership position in the corporate world to move to Perth, Australia. After much networking in my new home country, I started as international business advisor, and ever since, I have enjoyed making a difference to food and beverage businesses that are looking to grow internationally.

As an advisor, I work as an interim Sales Director, helping businesses scale rapidly or bridge critical leadership gaps. I also support companies through clearly defined long-term engagements as well as short, high-impact “in-and-out” projects.

In long-term projects, I typically help shape the strategic direction of the business and remain closely involved in the execution phase to ensure the strategy is translated into measurable results.

Shorter engagements range from facilitating strategy workshops to define strategic priorities, to delivering targeted projects such as market analyses, go-to-market strategies, and other well-scoped commercial initiatives.

In addition, I offer one-to-one sparring sessions with management teams and deliver tailored training sessions for export and sales teams, focused on strengthening capabilities and accelerating performance.
