

About AVT advisory
AVT advisory was founded in 2017 in Perth, Australia with the ambition to utilize my corporate toolbox within leadership and international sales to assist small to midsized food & beverage companies grow internationally.
My client base is mainly Australian and Danish brands that have the potential to offer customers a unique value proposition when positioned in the right way. I have worked across a broad range of categories and cover most sales channels from Travel Retail to mass retail and e-commerce in markets such as North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Since July 2021 AVT advisory is run out of Denmark but continues to have a mix of Australian and Danish clients.


About Me
My background:
I have more than 20 years' leadership experience from the FMCG industry in Denmark and internationally. My roles span from management executive positions to advisory roles. The recurring theme in my career has been international business development on export markets and in the Travel Retail channel both on an operational and strategic level. Most of the companies I have worked with have broad value chain control which has given me a holistic business understanding and an ability to optimize a group P&L taking all factors into perspective.

My philosophy:
As a person I enjoy influencing progress. I tailor my services to client needs and always have an eye on the goal to be achieved. I take a pragmatic - yet analytical - approach to problem-solving, and is often viewed as a direct and transparent collaborator, with personal integrity and trustworthiness as key values.

My emphasis is on strategy execution. I believe that a lot of good strategies fail due to lack of communication and performance management in the execution phase. Decomposing your strategy into concrete actions and securing accountability in the organisation is essential to create results.

Having lived and worked abroad on several occasions; I bring an international outside-in mindset to the table – as well as an extensive international network.
